Design & Production

Who's drawing?

All illustrations are hand-drawn by Vanessa Sonnewend and digitally transformed into fine print templates. Previously created with watercolor and gouache, most motifs are now made on the iPad.

Where is it printed?

All paper types are printed in South Tyrol, Austria or Germany.
Most of the paper is high-quality Munken Pure, which is FSC-certified.

How do returns work?

We ask that you check your order and its contents immediately upon delivery for damage and completeness. If the shipment is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately. It would be very helpful to receive supporting evidence in the form of photographs. If you have received incorrect or damaged items, we will arrange a free exchange or issue a credit note. As many of our products are handmade, they are all unique. Variations in color and shape are not defects, but rather contribute to their special character. If you nevertheless decide against one of our products, you can, of course, return it for a credit note or refund. We would just like to point out that we cannot refund shipping costs for both outward and return shipping.

Please note that an exchange is only possible up to 2 weeks after receipt of the goods, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in undamaged original packaging.
